From time to time we get the rare opportunity to dsign chalets, holiday homes and ancillary buildings such as Garden Rooms.
Whilst there are many fine examples off the shelves the situation and cients preferences may mean that a particular requirement may not be easily available and has to be accordingly and appropriately designed. For example, Carrick Castle is located in the Locj Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The final design had to change a number of times in order to meet the Planning requirements of the rspective authority.
On the other hand , aside from the clients own specific requirements, an off the shelf garden room may be subjected also metre of a neighbouring boundary.
